Fear The Silent Scythe
Issue 014 | On The Ruthless Input Curation Protocol
“You are the average of what you consume. The algorithm knows this. Advertisers know this. Do you?” - Bobert Le’UnBending
Do you even know of the Silent Scythe?
Be honest.
If someone audited your daily inputs, your media, your conversations, your environments, what kind of man would they expect on the other side?
Focused or distracted? Dangerous or docile? Building or consuming?
Most men don’t even realize they’re being shaped.
They think they’re choosing what to watch, what to read, who to listen to. They aren’t. They’re being fed. Slowly. Relentlessly. Professionally.
What you consume trains you. What trains you becomes you. Most men never notice the change happening in real time.
No explosion. No betrayal. No dramatic failure.
He enters by invitation. He stalks you by the minute. Moments turn to hours. Hours dissolve into nothing. Another evening gone, labeled “relaxation” after the fact.

Trapped by choice, struck dumb by dopamine, and paralyzed from action while scrolling away in Plato’s Rave, watching shadows dance and calling it knowledge.
the day is strange, and full of horrors...
But then, this was all intentional by design my friends, and deep down inside, you know this.
The slow cultural shift. The psychological bleeding out of the modern mind.
The most connected generation in history, driven quietly insane in under one.
No, my friends, it was definitely not an accident.
We were programmed.
Every scroll, every clip, every “just killing time” moment is training.
Someone else sets the curriculum. Someone else decides which emotions you rehearse daily. Fear. Envy. Distraction. Outrage. Comfort.
By the time a man asks why he’s stuck, the mind has already been fed fat on the finest slop from the corners of the dead web, and not only that, but trained proper to demand more in excess...
Rising to the occasion? I claim Falsehood: You will reach terminal velocity as you rapidly plummet to the level of your training.
Don’t believe the lie of rising to your goals. Reality demands you sink to your base inputs.
If you want to meet the modern day and overcome it, to face chaos and come out not just intact but sharpened, you must be trained for digital warfare.
I. Situation Report
Monday you audited the people in your life. Tuesday you processed the emptiness that followed, and worked to begin rebuilding agency. Wednesday you audited your beliefs and identified the false maps, then tested them against reality.
Three days of reconnaissance. Three layers examined.
Today we dive on what you’ve been feeding your mind.
My friends, it is Thursday, December 18th, in the year of our shared crisis before the comeback, 2025. Good day to you. I bring you Morning Thunder.
Are you with me?
The people audit required courage, some of those cuts may have left you bloody up to the arms. The belief audit required honesty, some of those maps had been sacred to your personal lore and canon. This audit is different. Input curation requires only 24 hours and the willingness to see what you’ve been consuming.
Understand that media, people, and environments are all are inputs to your mental operating system. Every show you watch, every account you follow, every conversation you engage in, and every room you occupy... all of it is data being written to your mental hard drive.
When was your last update? You do realize that computers are modeled after the Brain, not the other way round; you do need to update your software, and you should be doing so more often than the app updates that I’m sure you follow religiously.
We execute on our habits and make time for our addictions but hell will freeze before we change our perspective on how those actions affect us on the longest scales.
Corrupted inputs create corrupted outputs, you know this.
You cannot install a new MINDSET Operating System while still running malware from Lime Wire in the background. You cannot Campaign for your future while consuming content designed to keep you passive, afraid, outraged, or numb.
The barbarians aren’t just at the gates. Some of them stalk the streets at night disguised as entertainment, information, connection.
GrokForever Chatting on DOGE GPTs with Ani baby in a ‘67 Skibidi Toilet goin STRAIGHT to Oklahoma away from WWIII, famo, forreal. Know these facts, that I is Mister The Rizzler, ong.
If you understood literally any of that or got a heartrate spike at hearing the term WWIII, your brain has been corrupted and you either suffer from The Rot or The Anxiety.
We came down from the trees and now we have been blessed with the discovery of mental illness. There is now no going back.
The time is now, to audit like your sanity and future depends on it.
Because it does.
II. Frameworks for Chaos | Awareness/Reconstruction
Framework 26: The Ruthless Input Curation Protocol
Core Principle: You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your inputs.
Every piece of content you consume is a vote for the person you’re becoming. Every hour spent is either an investment or a withdrawal. Future you is wealthy, but for how long?
Every input either builds the future self or feeds the version you’re trying to leave behind.
The question is not “Is this entertaining?” The question is not “Does this feel good?” The question is: Does this serve Future Me or sabotage them?
The Audit Categories
1. Media Consumption
What are you watching? What are you reading? What are you listening to?
Not what you think you consume. What you actually consume. The background noise. The late-night scrolling. The “just one more episode.” The podcast you half-listen to while doing nothing else productive.
Ask:
Does this educate, inspire, or equip me?
Does this numb, distract, or agitate me?
Would Future Me thank me for this hour, or wince?
Entertainment is not the enemy. Unconscious entertainment is. The show you choose deliberately and enjoy fully is different from the content you fall into because you’re avoiding something else.
2. Digital Relationships
In cyberspace and IRL, who are you spending time with?
The accounts you follow. The group chats you’re in. The comment sections you visit. The creators whose voices live in your head rent free.
These are relationships. Para-social, perhaps. But real in their effect on your psychology.
Ask:
Do these voices build me up or tear me down?
Am I following people who are where I want to be or people who validate where I am?
Is my feed a tool for growth or a museum of outrage and comparison?
You curate your feed or your feed curates you. There is no neutral.
Tell me, have you started Googling my Latin yet?
3. Physical Environments
Where are you spending your hours?
The room you work in. The space you sleep in. The places you default to when you’re not working. The condition of your immediate surroundings.
Your environment is a constant input. Clutter speaks. Chaos whispers. Order and intention broadcast a frequency your subconscious receives whether you notice or not.
Ask:
Does this space support the person I’m becoming?
What does this environment say about what I value?
Would I be proud to show this space to Future Me?
4. Conversations and Information Streams
What conversations do you engage in regularly? What news do you consume? What information streams are you subscribed to?
The discourse you marinate in shapes your worldview. The conversations you repeat become the thoughts you think. The news you absorb becomes the lens through which you see reality.
Ask:
Am I informed or inflamed?
Are these conversations productive or circular?
Does this information empower action or induce paralysis?
The New Standard: Ruthless Execution
When a goal becomes sacred, action in its service becomes ritual. Sacred goals demand disciplined action. To pursue excellence is devotion, it is reverence. It is not arrogance. What is blasphemous is motion without intent and activity that wastes time, attention, and life itself. Those who move through the day with reckless abandon mock the very future they claim to seek. Your actions are offerings. Offer them sloppily, and the altar cracks. Offer them with precision, and the path holds. Sacred goals demand disciplined action. Every task you execute is a vote for the future you claim to want. Execute carelessly, and you profane the path. Execute deliberately, and you honor it. Excellence, is respect. Carelessness, is contempt. Every task either serves the mission or degrades it. There is no neutral labor. Act accordingly; this is the new standard. If it doesn’t serve Future Me, it goes.
Not “maybe later.” Not “I’ll reduce it gradually.” Not “But I’ve always...”
Sacred means Sacred.
Ruthless means Ruthless.
The show that numbs you:
gone.
The account that triggers comparison spirals:
unfollowed.
The group chat that drains energy:
muted or exited.
The cluttered space:
cleaned or abandoned.
The news source that leaves you angry
but impotent...
cut.You are not obligated to consume anything. You are not required to stay informed about everything. You are not a bad person for protecting your inputs.
You are a strategic person. Building something. Becoming someone.
Curate appropriately.
Framework Support: The Proximity Principle (Revisited)
Cross-Phase Support: Monday we applied this to people. Today we apply it to everything.
You become the average of what you expose yourself to: people, ideas, media, environments. This not metaphor, this is neuroscience. Mirror neurons. Priming effects. Cognitive load. Attention residue.
I enjoy going as deep as I do wide in my niche interests. Check me.
What you consume doesn’t stay “out there.” It becomes part of your internal architecture. The voices you listen to become the voice in your head. The images you see become your adjusted baseline for normal. The environments you occupy become your standard for acceptable.
Proximity is not just about people. It’s about everything that has access to your mind.
Guard access ruthlessly.
III. Campaign Orders
Today is observation. Tomorrow is execution.
The Assignment:
For the next 24 hours, document every input.
Not judge. Not change. Document.
One: Every show, video, or piece of content you consume... write it down.
Two: Every social media scroll... note the duration and how you felt after.
Three: Every conversation... who, how long, what was the emotional residue?
Four: Every environment you occupy... describe it, note how it affects your energy.
Carry a small notebook or use your phone’s notes. Timestamp everything.
Be honest. No one sees this but you.
Tomorrow we review the data. Tomorrow we raid, and purge.
Today, we gather intelligence.
You cannot curate what you haven’t catalogued. You cannot change patterns you haven’t seen.
24 hours. Full documentation. No judgment. Maximum effort.
IV. Bear Witness/Practice Piously
When I moved aboard Matilda, I conducted a forced input audit.
No TV. Limited internet. No algorithm feeding me content. Just the water, the work, and whatever I deliberately chose to consume.
The first week was uncomfortable. The silence was loud. The absence of stimulation felt like withdrawal… because it was withdrawal.
But something shifted.
My thoughts got clearer. My creativity returned. Ideas that had been buried under the noise started surfacing. I began to hear my own voice again over the noise of everything I’d unconsciously and haphazardly thrown at and into my brain.
I realized how much of my mental real estate had been occupied by inputs I’d never consciously chosen. Background noise that had become foreground programming.
Now I curate ruthlessly. Every account I follow serves a purpose. Every piece of content I consume is chosen, not fallen into. My environment, albeit small, is intentional, mine. Clean. Ordered. Reflective of who I’m becoming.
The silence that once felt like deprivation now feels like sovereignty.
You are the average of what you consume.
Who, or what are you choosing, to become?
V. Transmission End..
Four days of Awareness. Four layers audited.
People. Psychology. Beliefs. Inputs.
You’ve examined who has access to your energy, how your brain distorts probability, what false maps you’ve been defending, and now, what you’ve been feeding the machine.
Tomorrow we transition further. From seeing to doing. From reconnaissance to action.
But today, document. Observe. Catalogue.
The patterns you see in the next 24 hours will reveal more about your daily reality than a month of introspection. Introspection can lie. Data dooms all lies.
Corrupted inputs create corrupted outputs. Clean inputs create clean outputs.
You are the average of what you consume. The algorithm knows this. Advertisers know this. Your future self knows this.
Now you know it too.
Curate accordingly.
